why we do it
I've Been There...
The day I packed my bags more than 30 years ago and left Penang for Australia to start my tertiary education, little did I know that I will be spending the next half of my life journey in Australia.
Life was settling roots, starting our family, making new friends and learning to adpat to a new country, new surroundings and new culture.
However, I still love my culture and traditions that I grew up with, and what better way to share my culture and heritage with my family and friends in my adopted homeland than through my favourite childhood dishes?
